1. Introduction
Welcome to Destrola. These Terms govern your use of destrola.com and form a binding agreement between you and Destrola. By using this site you agree to them.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and artwork, is owned by Destrola and protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any site content without written authorisation from Destrola.
3. Products and Purchases
Real-Life RPG Template: $59 (one-time)
This is a digital Notion template delivered immediately after purchase. Because it becomes accessible at the moment of delivery, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds on it. That doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out in section 4 below and which we can't limit. If you have a problem with your purchase, email kurt@destrola.com and we'll sort it out.
ScribesBlade: one-time licence
ScribesBlade is a Windows desktop app. You buy it once, download it, and activate it with a licence key sent to your email. Every update after that is free, delivered in the app. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with it, email kurt@destrola.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. When a purchase is refunded, the licence key that came with it is switched off and won't activate again, and you need to stop using the app and uninstall it.
If something's broken rather than just wrong for you, tell us first. Most problems get fixed faster than a refund takes. Asking doesn't cost you anything: the 30 days keep running while we sort it out.
For buyers in the EU and the UK: by downloading the app before your 14-day withdrawal period ends, you're asking us to supply it straight away and you accept that your right of withdrawal ends at that point. The 30-day guarantee above still applies to you, and it's longer than the withdrawal right it replaces.
4. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing on this page, on a product page, or in any refund terms we publish takes those rights away or shortens them. Whatever we offer above sits on top of them, not instead of them, and no time limit we set applies to them. If you think a product we sold you has failed one of those guarantees, email kurt@destrola.com and tell us what happened.
5. Use of the Site
The content on destrola.com is provided for general information and personal development purposes. It's not professional advice, whether financial, psychological, or otherwise. Don't rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field.
6. User Submissions
This site doesn't accept public content submissions. Forms on the site, like tutorial signups, are sent privately to Destrola and are not published.
7. Liability
Destrola doesn't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site and is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on it. Use the information here at your own discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
